International Humanitarian Missions (IHM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2019, dedicated to serving the floating villages of Tonlé Sap, Cambodia. IHM provides clean water, education, healthcare, housing, and economic opportunity to one of Southeast Asia's most overlooked communities.

Led by a board of physicians, entrepreneurs, and humanitarian leaders — many of whom personally travel to Cambodia for medical missions — IHM has built schools, sponsored hundreds of children, served thousands of patients, and constructed homes for families who had none. The organization operates with full transparency, holding Gold Transparency seals from both Candid and GuideStar.

IHM's tagline — "Be The Change" — reflects its founding belief that lasting impact comes from showing up, again and again, for the communities that need it most.
